- Do you offer gift packaging?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer gift packaging services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we strive to provide high-quality products that are beautifully packaged and ready for gifting. If you have any specific requests or preferences regarding the presentation of your purchase, please contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
- When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of placing your order. We understand the importance of prompt and transparent payment processing. Rest assured, we use secure payment gateways to protect your information and make the transaction as smooth as possible.
- Can I ship to multiple addresses?
We currently do not offer the option to ship to multiple addresses at this time. To ensure smooth delivery, we recommend placing separate orders for each shipping address.

- Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we do ship to P.O. boxes! During the checkout process, simply provide the necessary address information and we'll ensure your package is successfully delivered to the designated address. Please note that Express Shipping option is not available for P.O. box address.
- Do you ship to international destinations?
Currently, we do not offer shipping to international destinations. Our shipping services are limited to US shipping addresses only.
- How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing tracking information for your package.
- Is a signature required for delivery?
For added security, we typically require a signature upon delivery for orders valued over $400. This ensures the safe receipt of your package. If you're unavailable, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for alternative delivery or pickup. If you have an order above $400 and would like to waive this service, please include a note in the "Order special instructions" box during Checkout.

- How long will it take to process my return?

Typically, it takes approximately 5 business days to inspect the returned item, verify its condition, and issue the refund or exchange. - Who pays for return shipping?
We want to make your return experience as transparent as possible. Unless there was an issue with the order or the product is defective, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost. - What material is the product made of?
The magnetic tiles are made with non-toxic ABS plastic.
- Are the products safe for children?
All our magnetic tile toys meet Federal safety standards, fully tested and certified.
- What age are the toys suitable for?
Magnetic tile toys are safe for children aged 3 years and older.
- Do the toys require assembly?
Simple assembly is required for figurine and animals pieces. Instructions for figurine assembly are included in the user manual.
- How many stickers are there?
Each set contains 3 sticker sheets, which includes a total of over 40 colorful stickers.
- Animal Wall Hooks
- What accessories are included in the package?
Each set comes with the a wall anchor, screw and nail free adhesive cup.
- What is the maximum load per hook?
The max load depends on the installation method and surface. For screw option, the max load is 30 lb. For nail-free adhesive option, the max load is about 15 lb.
